Leanne brings a wealth of experience, organisation, and genuine care to her role as Operations Manager at Ray White Colac.
Before joining the Ray White team, Leanne spent four years with Richardson Real Estate Colac - one year providing sales support and three years as a sales agent - where she developed a deep understanding of the local property market and the importance of great client relationships.
Prior to her real estate career, Leanne spent an impressive 25 years in the travel industry, honing her skills in customer service, communication and managing the many moving parts that come with running a busy operation - all of which she now puts to good use keeping the Ray White Colac office running smoothly.
Leanne loves being part of a team that shares her commitment to helping people achieve their goals, whether that’s finding a new home, selling a property, or simply making the process a little easier. She’s known for her approachable nature, calm efficiency and ability to get things done with a smile.
Outside of work, Leanne enjoys catching up with family and friends, planning her next holiday (old habits die hard!) and making the most of everything the Colac community has to offer.
